Welcome

Narrative-centered therapy for individuals seeking to understand their experiences, challenge barriers, and create empowered lives.

About Me

Cynthia Huynh-Wu, LMHC

My Journey

My path to becoming a therapist began with my own family. Witnessing the strength and resilience of Southeast Asian refugees, particularly the impact of culture, trauma, and personal narratives, sparked a passion for understanding these complexities.

I utilize narrative therapy to create a space where you can explore your experiences and rewrite your story. Through a collaborative approach, we’ll work together to challenge limiting beliefs and make choices that align with your values.

I integrate various modalities, including liberation psychology, existentialism, and emotion-focused therapy, to provide a holistic and supportive environment for your healing journey.
